The BOSS RC-202 is a compact tabletop loop station designed for musicians, beatboxers, electronic artists, and music creators who want to build rich, evolving performances in real time. Its tabletop format provides direct access to the controls while offering two stereo loop tracks, a wide range of effects, and extensive control options.

Inspired by the popular RC-505, the RC-202 allows you to record, layer, modify, and recall loops easily during a performance. Its four input effects and four track effects can be used simultaneously to transform sounds with DJ-style, sampler, and creative audio processing effects.

The RC-202 features 64 phrase memories organized into 8 banks of 8 locations. Each memory can store both loop tracks along with effect and playback settings, allowing you to prepare different setups and recall them quickly during a performance.

It also offers extensive connectivity, including an XLR microphone input with 48 V phantom power, mono/stereo instrument inputs, a stereo auxiliary input, stereo outputs, a headphone output, MIDI, and USB. The USB connection allows you to import and export WAV loops and use the RC-202 as an audio/MIDI interface with a computer.
